How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout and is based on the weight and size of your order.
When will my order be shipped?
I aim to ship orders within 5 business days.
What are the delivery times?
The delivery time of your order depends on your location. The timeframes below are an estimate.
Netherlands: 1-3 days
EU: 1-2 weeks
Rest of the world: 1-6 weeks
Do I have to pay any customs fees?
International orders may be subject to customs fees, you’re fully responsible for paying these. Please check your country’s customs fees before ordering to avoid surprises.
My order arrived damaged /
I received the wrong item. Help?
So sorry this happened to you, please send me an email with photos at info@emerysk.com, I’ll help you from there!
Can I return my order?
You are allowed to return most items within 14 days of your order arriving. After this timeframe, I do not accept returns.
If you wish to return an item, send me an email at info@emerysk containing:
- The order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The order date and order arrival date
- Your name and address
You are accountable for the items you’re returning. This means you have to pay the return shipping costs, as well as making sure the items return to me undamaged. If they do not arrive or if they are damaged, you won’t be eligible for a (full) refund.
If your items are damaged on arrival, please contact me at info@emerysk.com instead of simply returning, so we can find a solution together.
You cannot return items that are:
- Custom made
- Digital downloads
